A clean DRC did not mean a usable PCB.

We generated native KiCad source and seven routing candidates for a 12 V controller bench. The first complete route passed native checks but failed electrical review. Candidate 7 is frozen unrouted; no board has been built or tested.

Finding 28 / Clean-state proof

The first closeout rerun failed because one verifier still depended on a deleted scratch export. A test is not durable until every input survives the cleanup that follows it.
